1. Introduction
1.1. AboutUs

Real Wild Adventure Pty Ltd (“Real Wild Adventure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)provides an online marketplace and booking platform at www.realwildadventure.com(the “Platform”). Through our Platform, independent third-party traveloperators, destination management companies (“DMCs”), and other suppliers(collectively, “Operators” or “Suppliers”) list and sell travel experiences(including multi-day tours, adventure trips, cultural excursions, and relatedservices) (“Travel Experiences” or “Trips”) to individual travelers(“Travelers” or “you”).

1.2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ourPlatform and services, including the process of making bookings (“Bookings”)and participating in Travel Experiences offered through the Platform. Byaccessing the Platform, making a Booking, or participating in a Trip, you agreeto be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, youmust not use our Platform or services.

1.3.Operator Terms & Conditions
For all Trips, including Hosted Trips, the Operator’s or Supplier’s Terms& Conditions (“Operator T&Cs” or “Supplier T&Cs”) take precedenceover these Terms for trip operations, cancellation policies, payments, anddelivery. You will be presented with the Operator T&Cs during the Bookingprocess and must review and agree to them before completing your Booking.

Note: ForHosted Trips, where Real Wild Adventure collaborates with third-partySuppliers, the Supplier T&Cs govern the core delivery of the Trip.

1.4. Role of Real Wild Adventure
Except for Hosted Trips (defined below), Real Wild Adventure acts solely as anintermediary and commercial agent for Operators, facilitating bookings andprocessing payments. We do not own, control, or operate the tours orexperiences offered. Our responsibility is generally limited to providingaccess to the Platform, handling bookings, and offering certain customersupport services.

1.5. Age & Authority
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacityto enter into these Terms and any applicable Operator T&Cs.

2. Hosted Trips
2.1.Definition of Hosted Trips

Hosted Trips are Travel Experiences co-organized by Real Wild Adventure incollaboration with a designated host (“Host”) and a Supplier or DMC. HostedTrips may include unique activities, minimum participant requirements, orspecific conditions not applicable to Operator-led Trips.

2.2.Pending vs. Confirmed Status
Hosted Trips may initially be listed as “Pending” if they are contingenton a minimum number of participants. The trip’s status will be displayed on thebooking page. Once minimum requirements are met, the trip status will update to“Confirmed”, and Travelers will be notified.

2.3.Supplier T&Cs
For Hosted Trips, while Real Wild Adventure plays an organizational role, the Supplier’s T&Cs take precedence for operational delivery, including cancellations,payments, and liability.

3. Mandatory Travel Insurance
3.1.Insurance Requirement

You must obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking andmaintain it throughout your Trip. Your insurance must cover at least: Personal     accident, injury, and death Emergency     medical expenses and evacuation Repatriation     (including pre-existing medical conditions if applicable) Trip     cancellation, curtailment, and interruption Personal     liability Loss,     theft, or damage to baggage and personal belongings

3.2. Proof of Insurance
Providing proof of valid travel insurance is a mandatory requirement forall Trips.

3.3.Liability for Insurance
Real Wild Adventure is not responsible for losses due to inadequate ornon-existent travel insurance.

4. Your Responsibilities
4.1.Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during thebooking process.

4.2.Compliance
You must comply with all laws, regulations, and instructions from Operators,Hosts, or Real Wild Adventure representatives during your Trip.

4.3. Travel Documents
You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other requireddocuments.

5. Bookings, Down Payments, and Payments
5.1.Booking Process

All bookings must be made via our Platform. Supplier T&Cs take precedenceover these Terms for Regular Trips.

5.2. Down Payment & Refundability (Hosted Trips)
A Down Payment of 10% of the total Trip price is required to secure your Hosted Trip booking. Pending Trips: If minimum participant requirements are not met, you will receive a full refund (less non-recoverable transaction fees, if applicable). Confirmed Trips: Once a Hosted Trip is Confirmed, you have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund (less non-recoverable transaction fees). After this period, Down Payments become non-refundable. If Real Wild Adventure cancels a Hosted Trip for reasons beyond your control, you will receive a full refund.

5.3.
Additional Payments & Final Balance

For Hosted Trips, the final balance is typically due 90 days before departure. For Regular Trips, final payment dates will be stated on the booking form and governed by the Supplier T&Cs.

6. Pricing & Surcharges
Trip prices may vary based on season, market, or exchange rates. Any surcharge exceeding 10%of the Booking price allows you to cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

7.1.Operator-Led Trips

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Supplier’s T&Cs.

7.2. HostedTrips
Down Payments are refundable per Section 5.2. Real     Wild Adventure may issue credits for cancellations at its discretion.

8. Changes to Itineraries
Suppliersor Real Wild Adventure may alter itineraries due to factors such as weather orForce Majeure events. Significant changes allow for cancellation under applicable T&Cs.

9. Limitation of Liability
For HostedTrips, liability is limited to Real Wild Adventure’s direct role. The Supplier T&Cs govern all other aspects of the Trip.

10. Complaints
10.1.Immediate Resolution

Notify the Trip Leader, Host, or Supplier’s representative immediately to resolve issues on-site.

10.2.Post-Trip Complaints
Submit a written complaint within 30 days of completion. For RegularTrips, the Supplier T&Cs govern resolutions.

11. Intellectual Property
All Platform content remains the property of Real Wild Adventure. Unauthorized useis prohibited.

12. Privacy
Yourpersonal information is collected and processed in line with our PrivacyPolicy.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

14. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on ourPlatform.

Acknowledgment
By booking a Trip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree tothese Terms and the relevant Supplier T&Cs.
